Role Description The SAP Consultant role is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP solutions that align with client business processes and requirements. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into SAP configurations and functional specifications. The SAP Consultant will manage master data setup and maintenance, ensure proper integration between SAP modules and external systems, and participate in testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

The role also involves advising clients on process improvements, preparing user documentation, delivering training, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and ongoing system optimization.

- Experience with one or more SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HR) and familiarity with SAP implementation or support projects.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work independently in a remote, client-facing setting.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an offshore or distributed team environment and familiarity with project management or agile methodologies is beneficial.
