Role Description This full-time, in office role for MBBS/MD General Medicine/BAMS professionals is based at amma super speciality hospitals in Madanapalle. The role involves providing primary and specialized medical care, including patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient consultations, inpatient rounds, documentation of clinical notes, prescribing medications, and coordinating care with cardiology, critical care, and other specialty teams.

The professional will participate in emergency response, support diagnostic and preventive health initiatives, and contribute to clinical protocols and quality standards. The role also includes patient education,



collaboration with nursing and allied health staff, and participation in continuing medical education activities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in clinical Medicine and Primary Care, with the ability to manage a broad range of medical conditions.
- Experience or interest in Family Medicine, focusing on continuity of care and comprehensive patient management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Nursing and allied health professionals to deliver integrated care.
- Commitment to Training and mentoring junior medical staff or students, and openness to continuous learning.
- Recognized medical degree (MBBS, MD in General Medicine, or BAMS) with valid registration from the appropriate medical council.
- Proven skills in clinical decision-making, patient communication, and ethical medical practice.
- Willingness to work in an on-site, hospital-based setting with involvement in emergency and critical care when required.
- Prior experience is an advantage.
