Role Description This is a full-time, Management Intern / Management Trainee – Business Development (B2B Travel & Insurance) role based in Guntur and Palnadu Districts. The intern/trainee will support the business development team in market research by analysing market, competitors, identifying potential B2B clients in travel and insurance, assisting in lead generation,



and contributing to client and partner channel outreach activities. Daily tasks include preparing proposals, coordinating meetings and presentations, updating CRM or sales tracking systems, and following up with prospective and existing partners.

The role involves conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and helping design tailored solutions that align with BOBROS offerings. The intern/trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients and B2B Channel partners and continuous improvement of business development processes.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in business development, B2B sales, and partnerships within travel and insurance domains.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and draw actionable insights for client acquisition and retention.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build professional relationships and support client interactions.
- Good organizational and time management skills, including maintaining records, tracking leads, and meeting deadlines.
- Comfort with using digital tools, online portals, and basic office software for documentation and reporting.
- Collaborative mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team-oriented, ethical, and innovative environment.
- Educational background in Business, Management, Commerce, or related fields (students or recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Prior exposure to internships or academic projects in sales, marketing, or operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
