Role Description The Junior Site Supervisor (Construction Industry) is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamnagar. This role involves daily supervision of construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in line with project specifications.

The Junior Site

Supervisor will monitor site operations, support inspections, and report any issues or non-compliance to senior supervisors or project managers.

Responsibilities include coordinating with workers and subcontractors,



reinforcing safety procedures, maintaining basic site records, and assisting in resolving on-site challenges. The role also requires explicit communication with stakeholders to help ensure smooth project execution and adherence to Nexfore’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and practical experience in Site Supervision.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with site teams, contractors, and management.
- Candidates should possess Inspection and Construction Safety skills to support safe and compliant site operations.
- Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field (diploma or degree) are beneficial.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, site documentation, and safety regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Jamnagar, follow instructions, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in construction or site supervision is an advantage.
