Role Description The Junior Public Relations Consultant is a full time, remote role responsible for supporting the planning and execution of PR campaigns for a range of clients. In this position, the consultant drafts press releases, media notes, and other communication materials aligned with each client’s brand and messaging. Day-to-day work includes coordinating with media outlets, maintaining press lists, monitoring coverage, and assisting in the development of corporate and brand communication strategies.

The role also involves researching industry trends, preparing briefing documents for spokespersons, supporting social media and digital content efforts,



and contributing to event and launch-related communication activities. The consultant collaborates closely with senior team members to ensure timely deliverables, consistent brand positioning, and measurable results for clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Public Relations and Media Relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Press Releases and Corporate Communications, including drafting clear, accurate, and brand-aligned content for internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including written and verbal communication, presentation, and the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of digital and social media platforms, with an interest in integrating PR strategies with online and content marketing efforts.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Additional beneficial skills include attention to detail, strong research abilities, time management, client service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Prior internship or junior-level experience in PR, corporate communications, or media is preferred but not mandatory.
