Role Description The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with labor laws. This full time role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling payroll inputs and benefits administration, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.

The Human Resources

Manager will collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning, training initiatives, and organizational development efforts. This is an on-site position based in Ambala, requiring close coordination with production, administration, and management teams to support a safe, inclusive,



and high-performing work setting.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
- Experience with performance management, employee engagement, and conflict resolution.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and HR documentation practices.
- Ability to manage payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR systems or software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for working across all levels of the organization.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in scientific equipment or related sectors, is beneficial.
