At GrowEasy, we spend our own ad budget on LinkedIn, Google and niche platforms to bring our clients high-intent leads. These are real decision-makers who are already looking for what they sell. No wasted ad spend and no complicated campaigns, just growth.

We’re a small, scrappy team that moves fast, and we’re scaling. To keep growing, we need great people. To find excellent people, we need you.

The gig

You’ll be the person who helps build the GrowEasy team. You’ll find talent, talk to candidates, run hiring and make sure every new joiner feels at home from day one.

You won’t spend this internship watching from the sidelines. You’ll own real work, ship it and see the results, often within the same week.

What you’ll actually do

- Hunt for talent on LinkedIn, job portals, college networks and anywhere else great people hang out
- Screen and connect: go through resumes and run first-round calls with candidates
- Run the interview engine: schedule, coordinate and keep things moving with no dropped balls
- Write job posts that people actually want to read (like this one)
- Own the pipeline: keep our hiring tracker clean, current and useful
- Onboard new joiners: offer letters, paperwork and making their first day awesome
- Build our employer brand:

You might be a fit if you…

- Are studying, or just finished, HR, Business, Psychology or something similar
- Love talking to people and can make a stranger comfortable in 30 seconds
- Write and speak English clearly and confidently
- Are super organized. Spreadsheets don’t scare you, they excite you
- Take ownership, figure things out and don’t wait to be told what’s next
- Can keep things confidential
- Bonus points: you’ve done recruiting before, through an internship, your college placement cell or a fest team
