The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who wants to own client accounts end to end, from the first call to the results report. You'll run the relationship, shape the plan and get the campaigns live across paid ads, outbound and SEO.

What You'll Be Doing

Own the client relationship

- Reach out to SaaS founders, book meetings and run discovery calls
- Be the go-to person for your clients, from onboarding to ongoing growth
- Set explicit goals, share progress regularly and keep clients in the loop
- Spot chances to do more for the clients we already work with

Ship the marketing campaigns

- Paid ads: Launch and optimise campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit
- Cold outreach: Build lead lists and run email and LinkedIn campaigns with Apollo or similar tools
- SEO: Plan keywords and content, and drive on-page and programmatic SEO




- Track what's working, test new ideas and report the impact on pipeline

Keep things moving

- Work with writers, designers and specialists to deliver on time
- Keep the CRM, campaign data and client docs clean and current

You'll Fit Right In If You Have
- 1–3 years in B2B marketing, growth or client servicing, ideally in SaaS or an agency
- Experience with, or genuine curiosity about, paid ads, cold outreach or SEO
- Confidence on the phone and in client meetings
- Excellent spoken and written English
- An appetite for tools like Apollo, HubSpot and Google Analytics
- The ability to juggle several clients without dropping the ball
- An ownership mindset: you see something broken, you fix it
