As we expand across Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for a creative, analytical and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement.
- SEO & GEO: Develop and implement Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies to improve visibility across Google and AI-powered search platforms, including ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant social media platforms.
- Paid Digital Advertising: Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads, app installations and paid subscriptions.
- Content Marketing: Develop SEO-optimised website content, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns and promotional materials.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, campaign conversions, customer acquisition costs and overall marketing performance.
- Creative Content Development: Create and coordinate digital graphics, promotional videos, social media creatives and other marketing materials.
- App Marketing: Support App Store Optimisation (ASO), mobile app promotion, user acquisition and subscription conversion campaigns.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, design, development and business development teams to support AVOORA's growth across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration (Marketing), or a related field.
- .Minimum 3 years of proven professional experience in digital marketing.
- Strong practical experience in SEO, digital advertising, social media marketing and content creation.
- Understanding of GEO, AI-powered search visibility and emerging digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Ads and Meta Business Suite.
- Familiarity with Canva, WordPress and email marketing platforms.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, monitor and optimise digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and improve campaign performance.
- Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Additional Advantages

- Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation, AI marketing tools and marketing automation.
- Practical graphic design and short-form video editing skills.
- Previous experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, mobile applications or software marketing.
- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns targeting Australian and New Zealand audiences.




- Knowledge of App Store Optimisation (ASO), conversion rate optimisation and subscription-based customer acquisition.
- Experience with email marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot.
