Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Lead ReactJS Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable,

high-performance front-end solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ReactJS and

modern Java Script frameworks, with the ability to architect and deliver robust, maintainable

applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead front-end development using ReactJS and NextJS, ensuring code quality and

performance optimization.

Collaborate with design and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Architect scalable front-end solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.

Drive requirement gathering, technical design, and implementation discussions with

stakeholders.

Conduct code reviews and mentor team members on front-end development standards.

Ensure CI/CD readiness, performance improvements, and secure coding practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Deep expertise in ReactJS,



including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycle.

Robust hands-on experience with NextJS (SSR, SSG, routing, API integration).

Proficiency in Type Script and state management tools such as Redux or Recoil.

Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component design patterns, and REST

integration.

Knowledge of UI/UX collaboration and performance tuning for large-scale applications.

Familiarity with Serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB) is a

plus.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
