Position: Dispatch Executive
Location: Tarsadi, Bardoli–Mahuva Road, Bardoli, Gujarat
Experience: 3+ Years (In Textile industry)

About the Company:
A manufacturing organization seeking an experienced professional to manage dispatch operations, inventory movement, and logistics coordination within a textile dyeing plant workplace.

Responsibilities:-
* Manage daily dispatch operations in a textile dyeing plant.
* Coordinate the dispatch of dyed fabrics and finished textile materials.
* Maintain records of goods inward and outward, stock movement, and dispatch details.
* Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, gate passes, and other dispatch documents.
* Coordinate with the dyeing, processing, finishing, warehouse, and logistics teams.
* Arrange transportation and ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.




* Monitor inventory and reconcile physical stock with system records.
* Maintain dispatch reports and ensure proper documentation of all materials.

Requirements:-
* Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch operations within the textile industry.
* Experience working in a textile dyeing or processing plant is mandatory.
* Knowledge of dyed fabric dispatch, finished goods handling, and inventory management.
* Familiarity with dispatch documentation and goods inward/outward processes.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems.
* Strong coordination, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
* Candidates with relevant experience in textile dyeing, processing, or finishing units will be preferred.
