Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications based on business and operational requirements.

Coding & Programming: Write clean, scalable, efficient, and well-documented code using relevant programming languages and development frameworks.

Requirement Analysis: Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Database Management: Work with databases, write SQL queries, manage data structures, and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

Application Maintenance: Monitor existing applications, identify technical issues, troubleshoot errors, and implement necessary fixes and enhancements.

Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, debugging, and application validation to ensure software quality and smooth functionality.

API Integration: Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs and third-party system integrations to enable seamless data exchange between applications.

System Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and overall system efficiency.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including coding standards, application workflows,



technical specifications, and deployment procedures.

Deployment & Support: Assist in application deployment, production releases, version control, and post-deployment technical support.

Security & Compliance: Follow secure coding practices and ensure applications adhere to organizational IT security standards and data protection requirements.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with IT infrastructure, database, QA, and business teams to deliver technology solutions within defined timelines.

Required Technical Skills

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.

Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.

Solid knowledge of SQL and database management systems such as MS SQL Server or MySQL.

Understanding of REST APIs and web services.

Familiarity with software development frameworks and application architecture.

Knowledge of Git or other version control tools.

Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software testing practices.

Knowledge of application security and debugging techniques.
