Key Responsibilities

Collections Management

Drive monthly collection targets and ensure achievement of assigned business objectives.

Monitor overdue accounts, delinquency levels, and recovery performance across the assigned territory.

Develop and implement effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates and minimize outstanding dues.

Review collection performance and take corrective actions to address gaps.

Team Management

Manage, guide, and monitor the performance of Field Officers and Team Leaders.

Set individual and team-wise targets and track daily, weekly, and monthly performance.

Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and improve productivity.

Support team development through coaching, training, and performance monitoring.

Field Operations and Portfolio Management

Oversee field collection activities and ensure effective follow-up with customers having overdue payments.

Monitor the assigned portfolio, identify high-risk accounts, and prioritize recovery efforts.





Coordinate with internal stakeholders and business teams to resolve collection-related issues.

Conduct field visits, wherever required, to review operational performance and support critical recoveries.

MIS and Performance Reporting

Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.

Track key performance indicators, including collection efficiency, overdue amounts, recovery rates, and team productivity.

Analyze collection trends and submit performance updates to senior management.

Ensure accuracy and timely submission of collection-related data and reports.

Compliance and Customer Service

Ensure all collection activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Maintain skilled communication with customers and handle escalations related to collection activities.

Ensure proper documentation and adherence to prescribed collection processes.

Monitor team conduct and ensure compliance with customer privacy and fair collection practices.
