At Edoofa, we looking to hire Digital Marketing Executive for our Gurugram, Haryana office. What you will own: A. Lead Generation Campaigns
• Plan, launch and manage lead generation campaigns on Google Ads
• Manage daily budgets, bids and targeting to hit lead volume and cost targets
• Build audiences for prospective students and families across African markets B. Testing and Optimization
• Run A/B tests on audiences, ad creatives, copy and landing pages
• Brief design and content teams, and refresh creatives before performance drops
• Pause what is not working and put more budget behind what is C. Performance Growth
• Work with the Sales team to review lead quality and feed the findings back into targeting
• Find new growth opportunities across channels, audiences and funnel stages What You Will Be Measured On
• Qualified leads generated each month (the primary measure), and the enrolments that come from them
• Cost per qualified lead and cost per enrolment
• Budget delivered against plan, and return on ad spend
• Accurate tracking and timely reporting Who Will Thrive Here Someone who owns a number and does not need to be chased.



Someone who reads data honestly, including when it says their favourite campaign failed. Someone who cares as much about the student at the end of the funnel as the metric at the top of it. What You Need to Bring Must Have
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid ads
• Proven experience running lead generation campaigns, with results you can show
• Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Ability to read campaign data and turn it into clear optimization decisions
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel or Google Sheets
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurugram Positive to Have
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or YouTube Ads
• Experience in the education sector
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and a CRM
• Experience improving landing page conversion rates
