Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor haemodialysis machines and related equipment.
- Prepare dialysis machines, dialysers, bloodlines, and other consumables before each session.
- Perform dialysis procedures as prescribed by the treating nephrologist.
- Monitor patients' vital signs during dialysis and promptly report any abnormalities.
- Identify and respond to dialysis-related complications and emergencies.
- Maintain proper infection control, sterilization, and biomedical waste management practices.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
- Maintain dialysis records, patient treatment charts, and machine logs.
- Monitor and maintain RO water quality as per prescribed standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure availability of dialysis consumables and report stock requirements.
- Follow hospital protocols and patient safety guidelines. Pay: ₹25,000.00
- ₹35,000.00 per month
