Greeting.. We are seeking an experienced Export Executive to manage end-to-end export operations, documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of export regulations, international logistics, compliance requirements, and customer coordination within a manufacturing environment. Position Requirements Export Executive / Export Logistics
- Thorough knowledge of Export Documentation and Customs Clearance at various ports, ICDs, and gateways.
- Hands-on experience in handling export shipments and volumes across domestic and international markets. Experience in a multi-location manufacturing organization is preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Export Procedures, Customs Regulations, Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), DGFT requirements, and export incentives schemes.
- Experience in coordinating and managing Logistics Service Providers such as Freight Forwarders, CHA/Customs Brokers, Shipping Lines, Transporters,



and Warehousing Partners.
- Knowledge of export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Shipping Bill, Certificate of Origin, LUT/Bond, and other statutory documents.
- Solid understanding of Incoterms, Letter of Credit (LC), international shipping processes, and export compliance requirements.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP for shipment tracking, documentation, reporting, and transaction processing.
- Experience in MIS preparation, monitoring of export performance metrics, and timely submission of reports to management.
- Good coordination and communication skills to liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, freight partners, and government authorities for smooth execution of export operations.
