Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Handle PAN India hiring for multiple IT / NON IT roles across junior, mid, and senior levels.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and internal databases.
- Maintain robust communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, skill expectations, and timelines.
- Ensure adherence to hiring SLAs, quality benchmarks, and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using ATS or internal tracking systems.
