- fresher or 1+ JD - Day to day management of ground operations at network farmers. Monitoring of plantation schedule for all network farmers and collaborating with operations team on regular updates. Responsible for implementation of quality / yield improvement programs. Work in close co-ordination with planning team on specific issues that could impact harvesting plan /sales. Responsible for driving improvement projects with respect to procurement practices, network farmer expansion in line with business goals. Responsible for handling day to day grievances of network farmers and timely resolution.
