Experience:
1–5 Years

Salary:
15-20 k (depends on interview) working days
- 6 Days (Mon-sat) Job

Responsibilities:

- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and overdue amounts.
- Ensure timely recovery of pending dues through calls, emails, and field visits, if required.
- Negotiate payment schedules and resolve payment-related issues.
- Achieve monthly recovery and collection targets.
- Maintain records of customer follow-ups, payment commitments, and collection status.
- Prepare regular recovery reports and coordinate with the accounts team. Required

Skills:

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Experience in collections, recovery,
