Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be an integral part of our core team, handling a wide spectrum of client services. The role offers excellent exposure to complex compliance and advisory work. 1. Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for Individuals, Firms, Companies, and other entities.
- Handling Tax Planning and Advisory for clients.
- Computation of Advance Tax and Tax Liability. 2. Audits & Assurance
- Conducting Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, and Internal Audits.
- Performing GST Audits and limited reviews.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and laws. 3. Notice & Appeals Reply
- Drafting and submitting responses to notices from Income Tax, GST, and other departments.
- Assisting in the preparation and filing of Appeals before CIT(A), ITAT, and GST Appellate Authority.
- Representing clients in assessment proceedings and departmental hearings (with senior support). 4. Financial Consulting & Business Advisory
- Providing financial analysis and consulting to businesses.
- Assisting in business planning, project evaluation, and compliance management.
- Offering insights on improving financial processes and profitability. 5. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Managing end-to-end GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B,



and GSTR-9/9C.
- Handling GST registration, amendments, and refunds.
- Providing GST advisory on rate classification, input tax credit, and e-invoicing. Desired Candidate Profile Qualification Must have cleared the CA Final examination and received membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of taxation, auditing, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and accounting software (Tally.
ERP 9/Prime is a plus).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and drafting skills.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Strong client management skills, including relationship building, coordination, and effective follow-up.
- Team management and leadership skills, including work allocation, team coordination, supervision, and performance monitoring.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
