Role & responsibilities 1 Maintenance of dies and trials at state of art casting shop consisting of various machines like High Pressure Die Casting (FRECH QC series), Electric fired Melting Furnace (SILCARB), Holding Furnace (SILCARB), Auto Spary (FEBTECH),Auto Ladle (FEBTECH), Auto Extractor (FEBTECH), Jet Cooling, Vaccum Unit , Cooling Tower, Die mixing Unit, N2 degassing Unit, Chillar Unit , Gate Cutting, FANUC Robots, Conveyors, DEMAG EOT Cranes, Vacuum Pumps, Compressor etc. 2 Work independently in Die casting dies assembly. 3 Manpower allocation as per targets given. 4 Ensure the availability of parts before the start of die loading/unloading activity. 5 Co-ordinate with machining, inspection and quality sections. 6 Prepare weekly, monthly loading/unloading schedule and check sheet updation. 7 Attend die trials at customer end and troubleshoot the problems faced.



8 Work for the reduction of loading/unloading hours cost through Kaizen. 9 Ensure the safety of workplace. 10 Monitor loading/unloading hours of the associates and time sheet data updation. 11 Ensure proper 5s in the work area. 12 Handling shift independently HPDC die casting shop 13 Coordinating with machining and tool room for timely delivery of dies 14 Attending trials and proving the dies for SOP 15 Trial defects analysis and countermeasure planning through PDCA. 16 Responsible for shop safety and 5S in work area. 17 Improvements/Kaizen planning based on the trials issues and assembly issues 18 loading/unloading efficiency improvement Preferred candidate profile
