- Manage and maintain company social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create and publish engaging content, including posts, reels, stories and videos.
- Develop monthly social media content calendars and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the photography and design teams to create high-quality content.
- Promote company products, including plywood, hardware, modular kitchens, interiors and uPVC/aluminums windows.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers and performance.
- Handle comments, messages and customer inquiries on social media platforms.
- Identify current social media trends, trending audio and creative marketing ideas.
- Run and monitor social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads).
- Prepare monthly social media performance reports.
- Maintain brand consistency in all online communications.
