India We are looking for an experienced and agile CEO to lead a growing automotive components manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead overall business strategy, growth and profitability.
- Drive sales, marketing, business development and OEM relationships.
- Take complete ownership of end-to-end business operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, engineering and administration.
- Oversee operational excellence, process improvements and cost optimization.
- Drive business expansion, strategic partnerships and new market opportunities.
- Manage complete P&L;, financial performance and business growth.
- Build and lead a high-performing management team. Candidate Profile:




- 18–25+ years of experience in the automobile or auto components industry.
- Prior experience as CEO, MD, Business Head, President or COO.
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end business operations, sales, marketing and P&L.;
- Proven exposure to automotive manufacturing, OEM relationships and Tier-1/Tier-2 customers.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning and business development capabilities.
