We are looking for an experienced BOQ & Costing Manager to manage project estimation, BOQ preparation and costing for large-scale government and corporate events. The candidate should have a robust understanding of event production, fabrication, infrastructure, technical requirements and vendor costing, with experience in handling large-scale event projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates based on event briefs, technical specifications, layouts and design requirements.
- Estimate costs for fabrication, exhibition infrastructure, stage setups, trussing, lighting, sound, AV, branding, logistics and other event-related requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project-wise costing sheets, budgets and commercial proposals.
- Analyse vendor quotations, negotiate rates and ensure competitive procurement.
- Coordinate with design, production, technical and project execution teams to assess costing requirements.
- Prepare rate analyses, comparative statements and cost break-ups for government and corporate tenders.




- Monitor project costs against approved budgets and identify cost overruns and savings.
- Maintain vendor databases, standard rate cards and costing benchmarks. Candidate Profile
- 8–15 years of experience in BOQ preparation, estimation and costing.
- Prior experience with government events, exhibitions, large corporate events or large-scale event production agencies is essential.
- Strong understanding of event fabrication, production materials, technical infrastructure and execution costs.
- Experience in government tender costing, BOQ documentation and commercial submissions will be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and costing tools.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and coordination skills. Preferred Background: Candidates currently or previously working with established event management companies, exhibition organisers, government event contractors or large-scale event production agencies. Pay: ₹1,200,000.00
