Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Purchase Manager role based in Malappuram. The Purchase Manager will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including identifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and issuing purchase orders. The role involves monitoring inventory and material requirements for ongoing projects, coordinating with site teams and project managers, and ensuring materials arrive on time and meet quality standards. The Purchase Manager will maintain supplier records, track purchase costs, and support budgeting and cost-control efforts. The role also includes reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies,



and continuously improving procurement procedures. Qualifications
- Strong procurement and vendor management abilities, including supplier identification, negotiation, and contract handling.
- Experience in inventory control and materials management, preferably in construction or real estate projects.
- Solid analytical and numerical skills to compare quotations, manage budgets, and optimize purchase costs.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with project teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to use basic office and procurement-related software for documentation, tracking, and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in purchasing or logistics are an advantage.
- Proven ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and make timely decisions in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of local market conditions, vendor networks, and regulatory requirements in Malappuram and surrounding areas is beneficial.
