Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Job Responsibilities Production Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Coordinate with machine operators, setters and production supervisors.
- Monitor machine utilisation, cycle time, productivity and downtime.
- Ensure production activities are carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Stores departments for uninterrupted production.
- Maintain daily production reports and shift-wise performance records.
- Reduce production rejection, rework and material wastage. Quality Responsibilities
- Conduct incoming, in-process and final product inspections.
- Ensure products meet engineering drawing specifications and quality standards.
- Perform dimensional inspections using Vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges and other measuring instruments.
- Identify quality defects and coordinate corrective actions.




- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documentation.
- Handle root-cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone and 8D methods.
- Monitor rejection, rework and customer complaints.
- Coordinate with customers and suppliers regarding quality-related issues.
- Support internal audits, customer audits and ISO quality-system requirements.
- Implement quality improvement activities and preventive measures. Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Experience in CNC, VMC and precision machining processes preferred.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S, Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing.
- Understanding of RCA, CAPA, 8D and quality documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage production targets and maintain quality standards. Salary & Benefits

₹30,000–₹40,000 per month.
