We are building a business that runs on processes and well documented systems, and we're hiring a fresher engineer as our Systems Champion to lead this work.
About the role
You will work with every department, including leadership, operations, and support, to capture how work is done, turn it into transparent, step-by-step SOPs that anyone on the team can follow, and automate repetitive tasks where it makes sense. You don't need to be an expert in every process. Your job is to ask the right questions, observe carefully, and document it well. This role gives you a view of the whole business from day one.
