Full time Work Mode: Work from Office + Field Work Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary Fotia Ventures Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead our real estate marketing operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing the marketing team, generating quality leads, driving property sales, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote real estate projects.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate potential customer leads.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer visits.
- Plan and execute field marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor team performance, sales conversions, and lead generation activities.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to improve business performance.
- Track daily team activities and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of assigned booking and revenue targets. Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate marketing or sales.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to manage field marketing operations independently.
- Good knowledge of the real estate market and customer acquisition.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field activities. Important Note Candidates with relevant real estate marketing experience and strong team-handling skills are preferred.
