Position: Site Supervisor (Field Job)

Diploma / ITI / Any Graduate (Civil, Interior Design, or related technical fields preferred) Joining: Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily interior execution and site activities, ensuring work adheres to design drawings and quality standards.
- Vendor & Labor Coordination: Coordinate with carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and sub-contractors on-site.
- Progress Reporting: Share regular site updates, photos, and progress reports with the project management/design team.
- Material Tracking: Inspect incoming materials, verify quantities against delivery notes, and report any discrepancies or damages.
- Quality & Safety: Maintain basic safety guidelines on-site and ensure high execution quality and cleanliness. Candidate Requirements

Education:
Diploma, ITI,



or Graduate degree (Civil / Interior Execution background is a plus).
- Communication: Functional proficiency in Local Language (Kannada) and English/Hindi for effective on-site vendor and client coordination.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and two-wheeler for regular travel across project sites in Bengaluru.
- Attributes: Proactive, good problem-solving skills, and comfortable working in a dynamic field environment. Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
