The Integration Manager is responsible for leading and governing large-scale, mission-critical integration transformation programs across Consumer Goods, Retail, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Transportation, Warehousing, and Logistics business domains. The role owns end-to-end program delivery encompassing API Management, Enterprise Integration, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), B2B Integration using platforms such as MuleSoft, Kong, Solace, Kafka, Azure Integration Services, and other strategic middleware technologies.

Key responsibilities
on client engagements as an Integration Manager would include the following:
- Lead large-scale enterprise integration and API transformation programs from inception through deployment and operational stabilization.
- Establish governance frameworks covering integration architecture, APIs, event-driven architecture, and platform operations.
- Govern enterprise integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Kong API Gateway, Solace Events, Apache Kafka, B2B/EDI platforms, etc.
- Drive platform standardization, reusability, performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead enterprise adoption of API-led connectivity and drive API lifecycle management.
- Establish reusable API and event asset catalogs and promote integration modernization.
- Lead global teams consisting of Architects, Integration Leads, Scrum Masters, Product Owner and API Factory Teams.
- Ensure programs are delivered within approved budget and business cases.
- Present program status, financials, risks, dependencies and RAIDD to senior leadership.
- Manage contractual deliverables,



SLAs, KPIs and commercial commitments.

Your Profile
The candidate should possess the following:
- Extensive experience leading global delivery organizations.
- Driven large scale transformation programs on Integration Platforms (MuleSoft, Kong, Apigee, Azure Integration Services, Boomi, IBM Integration technologies), Event Streaming Platforms (Solace, Kafka), API Management (API Lifecycle Management, Governance)
- Implemented AI Usecases in Integration Platforms.
- Experience in conducting business process assessments, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting workshops, solution design, and operating model discussions.
- Ability to conduct workshops and engage confidently with senior client stakeholders to discuss business transformation, process redesign, functional blueprint, governance, KPI improvement, and adoption strategy.
- Understanding of technology concepts including integrations, workflows, data migration, reporting, testing, and change management.
- Robust consulting orientation with structured problem-solving client communication, executive presentation capability, and solution mindset.
- Comfortable working in complex stakeholder setups involving business leads, country operations teams, SMEs, IT teams, testing teams, architects, and implementation partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to senior stakeholders across organizational levels, both in-person and remotely.
- Require an Entrepreneurial mindset, collaboration, ownership, and leadership.
