Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with a strong background in Quick Commerce operations, last-mile delivery management, and rider hiring.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day last-mile delivery operations.
- Handle rider hiring, onboarding, and deployment.
- Drive rider acquisition and ensure adequate delivery workforce availability.
- Manage delivery partners and ensure smooth hub/store operations.
- Monitor rider productivity, attendance, retention, and performance.
- Ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.
- Handle ground-level operational challenges and resolve rider-related issues.
- Achieve daily operational and delivery targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations. Candidate Requirements




- Prior experience in Quick Commerce is mandatory.
- Strong experience in Last-Mile Delivery Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Rider Hiring and Onboarding.
- Experience managing delivery riders and ground operations teams.
- Good knowledge of hub/store operations and delivery management.
- Strong team management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be comfortable with field operations. Pay: ₹22,000.00
- ₹32,000.00 per month
