Production Management
· Plan, organize, and supervise daily production operations to meet production schedules.
· Monitor production output and ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets.
· Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently.
· Minimize downtime by coordinating with the maintenance team.
· Ensure optimal utilization of production resources. Quality Control
· Ensure manufactured bus doors meet customer specifications and quality standards.
· Monitor adherence to quality procedures and inspection requirements.
· Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team for inspections and audits. Team Supervision
· Supervise and motivate production operators, welders, fabricators, assemblers, painters, and helpers. ·Safety & Compliance
· Ensure compliance with company safety policies and statutory regulations.
· Promote the use of PPE and safe work practices. ·




· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment through 5S practices. Inventory & Material Management
· Coordinate with Stores to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
· Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage. ·Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain production reports, shift reports, and daily output records. ·Required Qualifications
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, . 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in automotive, bus body building, sheet metal fabrication, or door manufacturing.
· Prior experience supervising production teams is preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month
