Role Description The Quality Control Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at Aldovia Resort & Convention in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality standards across resort and convention operations, including guest services, facilities, food and beverage, and event logistics. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, audits, and checks, documenting findings, and coordinating corrective actions with relevant teams. The role involves establishing and updating quality control procedures,



verifying compliance with internal policies and external regulations, and supporting calibration and testing activities where applicable. The Quality Control Executive collaborates closely with operations, housekeeping, culinary, and events teams to ensure consistent service quality and enhance the overall guest experience. Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based quality improvements.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills to develop standards, execute inspections, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills and Calibration experience where relevant to testing, measurement, and equipment reliability.
- Candidates should possess attention to detail, structured documentation skills, and familiarity with quality management systems or hospitality standards.
- Relevant education in Hospitality Management, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in quality-focused roles within hospitality, events, or service-oriented environments is an advantage.
- Solid communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site in a dynamic, guest-centric setting.
