Responsibilities:

- Assist in GST / Indirect Tax litigation matters including SCN replies, adjudication, and appeals
- Draft and review submissions, replies, and legal documents related to GST
- Support seniors in handling litigation cases before tax authorities
- Assist in GST compliance, advisory, and audit-related matters
- Conduct legal research on GST laws, notifications, and judicial precedents
- Coordinate with clients, counsels, and internal teams for case follow-ups Key

Requirements:

- Basic to good understanding of GST laws and litigation processes
- Knowledge of SCN, adjudication, and appellate procedures
- Good drafting, analytical, and communication skills
