responsibilities:

- Conduct and manage investment literacy workshops for clients, prospects, and relevant communities.
- Pitch workshop concepts and reach out to prospective clients to generate leads and drive participation in events.
- Collaborate with the team to develop engaging workshop content, presentations, and learning materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with workshop participants, clients, and prospective investors.
- Follow up with leads and participants to ensure continued engagement and explore potential opportunities.
- Build and nurture a strong community of empowered women investors through regular engagement and educational initiatives. Coordinate and manage workshop logistics, schedules, and related activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Represent Dhanvesttor professionally during workshops, events, and client interactions.
- Maintain records of workshop participation, leads, follow-ups, and community engagement.
- Take ownership of ad-hoc activities and contribute to the overall growth of CLCB initiatives. Identify and research potential collaboration opportunities across corporates, NGOs, educational institutions and other relevant networks.
- Identify prospective partners, initiate outreach and pitch customised workshop proposals.




- Manage end-to-end partnership development, negotiations, confirmation and workshop execution.
- Build and maintain robust partner relationships to drive recurring workshops and long-term collaborations.
- Explore new markets, audience segments and outreach channels to expand workshop reach and participation. Preferred candidate profile:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in client engagement, sales, business development, workshops, or community building.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in public speaking and presentations.
- Ability to engage with clients, pitch ideas, generate leads, and build meaningful professional relationships.
- Interest in financial markets, investments, and financial literacy, with a willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with and nurture a community of women investors.
- Good organizational and coordination skills to effectively plan and manage workshops and events.
- Ability to collaborate on creating engaging workshop content and presentations.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities and handle ad-hoc requirements.
