1. Production at a state-of-the-art casting shop consisting of various machines like High Pressure Die Casting (FRECH QC series), Electric Fired Melting Furnace (SILCARB), Holding Furnace (SILCARB), Auto Spray (FEBTECH), Auto Ladle (FEBTECH), Auto Extractor (FEBTECH), Jet Cooling, Vacuum Unit, Cooling Tower, Die Mixing Unit, N2 Degassing Unit, Chiller Unit, Gate Cutting, FANUC Robots, Conveyors, DEMAG EOT Cranes, Vacuum Pumps, Compressors, etc. 2. In-depth understanding of HPDC processes and equipment. 3. Responsible for setting the machine parameter/adjusting the machine parameter, including other peripherals. 4. Responsible for leading the team of supervisors and operators, providing them with technical guidance to meet sectional production targets on a regular basis with a focus on manufacturing costs, rejections, and quality produced. The position is also responsible for focusing on continuous improvement activities for the section, like 5S, Kaizen, etc., on a regular basis. 5. Responsible for running an uninterrupted production. 6. Ensure optimal resource utilization and streamlining of activities within the shift. 7. Identify & implement action steps to reduce losses and wastages during shift operation and ensure minimum rejection of components. 8. Continuously evaluate and improve production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. 9. Ensure the production unit complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. 10.



Ensure satisfactory worker relations in the section through fair and equitable administration. 11 Basic knowledge of electrical drawings, PLC logic, sensors & their troubleshooting. 12. Positive knowledge of ERP or SAP 13. Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines. 14. Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure products meet specified standards and requirements. 15. Identify and resolve any quality issues or defects in the production process. 16. Lead, supervise, and mentor production staff, ensuring they are properly trained and adhere to safety protocols. 17. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and facilitating continuous improvement. 18. Oversee the maintenance and repair of die casting machines and related equipment to ensure smooth operations. 19. Quickly address any technical issues or breakdowns to minimize downtime. 20. Ensure an adequate supply of raw materials and components to avoid production delays. 21. Manage inventory levels to optimize storage costs and reduce waste. 22. Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees and equipment. 23 Ensure the production unit complies with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. 24.
