Position: *Talent Acquisition Specialist* Key Performance Area:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for open roles across [mention departments, e.g., Engineering, Sales, Operations].
- Stakeholder Partnering: Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, target skill sets, and selection criteria.
- Active Sourcing: Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Talent Solutions, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and creative offline/online channels.
