The primary responsibility is to connect with prospective students, understand their career interests, generate interest in our programmes and bring qualified prospects to the institute for counselling. This is a performance-driven opportunity for individuals who want to grow in sales, customer acquisition and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective students.
- Proactively approach every assigned lead and maximise contact opportunities.
- Pitch relevant training programmes and explain their career advantages.
- Convert interested enquiries into confirmed counselling appointments.
- Drive daily walk-ins by maintaining consistent follow-up.
- Update lead databases with accurate remarks and next follow-up dates.
- Prepare daily performance reports covering calls, connections,



interested leads and walk-ins.
- Achieve assigned monthly student acquisition targets. What We Expect:
