Role & responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot Yokogawa Centum VP DCS system, Rockwell/Siemens PLC system, SCADA and other automation system
- Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems
- Ensure proper functioning and calibration of field instruments such as
- Pressure transmitters
- Flow meters
- Temperature sensors
- Level transmitters
- Control valves
- Analyzers
- Lead instrumentation shutdown and turnaround activities
- Coordinate with production, electrical, mechanical, and process departments.
- Prepare maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Monitor instrument reliability and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit systems, and statutory requirements.
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor coordination.
- Prepare failure investigation report and implement recommendations to avoid repetitive failures
- Candidate should have knowledge of SAP system
