The role involves providing in office technical support, ensuring smooth machine operations, and delivering prompt service to minimize down time. The candidate will handle field service activities across the assigned region, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and technical expertise.

- Installation & Commissioning
- Execute installation, commissioning, and configuration of weighing and packaging systems at customer locations.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of machines. Qualifications & Experience Education: Diploma / BE / B.
