Role & responsibilities
- Procurement of electronic components such as LEDs, Drivers, PCBs, Connectors, ICs, Resistors, Capacitors, and related materials.
- Vendor sourcing, development, evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Preparation and release of Purchase Orders.
- Interdepartmental co-ordination
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely material availability.
- Supplier capacity assessment and risk mitigation.
- Support localization and alternate source development activities.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and audit requirements.
- Vendor payment follow-up and issue resolution.
- MIS reporting and procurement data analysis. Preferred candidate profile Electronics Procurement is mandatory.
