JOB VACANCY: Assistant Facility ManagerDepartment: Facilities & Campus Operations Reports To: Facility Manager / Campus Operations Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview – Assistant Manager (Dental College) Job Summary: The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Manager in day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the dental college. The individual should follow the instructions and directions given by the Manager, ensure assigned tasks are completed on time, and coordinate with the concerned departments and staff whenever required.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain discipline and professionalism in the workplace.
- Maintain confidentiality and follow college rules and regulations.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good coordination and time management.
- Must be able to ride a two-wheeler confidently.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Willingness to travel for college-related official work as instructed by the Manager.
- Monitor the daily attendance of all non-teaching staff.




- Ensure staff report to duty on time and follow college

Experience:
1 to 2 years in facility management

Skills:
Basic knowledge of healthcare utilities, MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), BMS (Building Management Systems), and waste disposal protocols.
- Competencies: Solid leadership, crisis management, multi-tasking capability, and clear communication skills.
