Role Description The Procurement & Inventory Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing, negotiating terms, and issuing purchase orders for materials and services required for events and experiential projects. The position involves maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring timely availability of equipment and supplies for project timelines. The executive will track procurement costs, support budget adherence,



and collaborate closely with project, production, and finance teams to align inventory and purchasing with project needs. Daily activities include updating systems, preparing reports, resolving order or delivery discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and documentation standards. Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, purchase management, and experience handling purchase orders.
- Demonstrated analytical skills for tracking inventory, monitoring costs, and optimizing procurement decisions.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders.
- Experience in inventory control, stock management, and basic ERP or inventory software is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South and manage multiple projects in a rapid-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Prior experience in events, experiential marketing, or related industries is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
