As per industry standards and candidate's skills About Labonya Retreat Labonya Retreat is a hospitality and lifestyle destination offering premium accommodation, café experiences, swimming pool facilities, banquet spaces, catering services and event venues. We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Content Creator who can develop engaging digital content, capture the essence of Labonya Retreat, and strengthen our online presence across social media platforms. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Shoot and edit high-quality reels, short-form videos, photographs, and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, captions, and content ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Capture content related to the café, food and beverages, rooms, swimming pool, events, guest experiences, and resort activities.
- Cover in-house events, celebrations, promotional activities, and special occasions.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, visual quality, and storytelling across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the operations team to capture day-to-day activities and hospitality experiences.
- Monitor content performance and suggest creative improvements to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness. Required Skills & Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital media.
- Good knowledge of video shooting, editing, and photography.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar editing applications.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and current social media trends.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple content requirements.
- A creative portfolio or links to previously created content will be an added advantage. Preferred Candidate Profile
- Passionate about hospitality, food, lifestyle, travel, and event-based content.
- Comfortable shooting videos and capturing content on-site at Labonya Retreat.
- Proactive, energetic, and capable of bringing fresh creative ideas.
- Willing to work during special events, weekends, or promotional activities whenever required, as per the work schedule. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Consistency and quality of daily/weekly content production.
- Number and quality of reels, videos, photographs, and promotional creatives delivered.
- Social media reach, engagement, views, and audience growth.
- Timely execution of the monthly content calendar.
- Creativity, trend adoption, and contribution to brand visibility.
