The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
- Generate and manage leads through various sales channels.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.




- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of sales opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and present performance updates to management.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches. Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role.
- Strong understanding of the Gurugram real estate market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage, train, and drive a high-performing sales team.
