Roles and Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities including structural, RCC, and finishing works.
- Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, manpower, and material resources.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements at site.
- Prepare and review progress reports, DPRs, and site documentation.
