Role Description The Technical Product Manager at Superfan.ng is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle of the learning platform. In this role, the individual will translate user needs and business goals into clear product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and content teams to deliver features. Day-to-day tasks include defining and refining product strategy, writing user stories, managing backlogs, analyzing product performance metrics, and coordinating releases. The Technical Product Manager will also work with stakeholders to gather feedback, run experiments, and continuously improve product usability, reliability,



and scalability, with a strong focus on learner engagement and retention. Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Technical Product Management and Product Management, with the ability to bridge business, user, and technical needs.
- Strong Analytical Skills, including proficiency in interpreting data, defining metrics, and using insights to inform product decisions.
- Proven capabilities in Product Strategy, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and aligning product initiatives with company objectives.
- Experience in Program Management, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and dependencies to deliver high-quality releases.
- Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and working closely with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills in a remote, distributed environment.
- Background or robust interest in edtech, language learning, or African cultures is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
