– Service & Body Shop Advisor (4-Wheeler Automobile Industry)

Experience:
1–5 Years Industry: Automobile / 4-Wheeler Dealership Job

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and vehicle service requirements at the dealership.
- Understand customer complaints and coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection and repairs.
- Prepare service estimates, job cards, and repair quotations.
- Handle body shop requirements, including accident repairs, denting, painting, and insurance claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, technicians, and customers.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback. Required

Skills:

- Experience in a 4-wheeler automobile dealership or service centre.
- Knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and body shop operations.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance claims and service documentation. Pay: ₹10,000.00
- ₹25,000.00 per month Work
