responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of Firms Methodology while performing reviews of work performed by Analyst / Sr. Analyst.
- Ensure day-to-day delivery of audit support services, ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance with Firm methodology as well as regulatory requirements.
- Proactively taking up full responsibility of documentation and guiding/monitoring junior resources of the team.
- Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with Assurance teams
- Identify opportunities to improve work performed at COE Preferred candidate profile:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in Audit & Assurance function / Shared Service setting from a reputed entity.
- Candidate should have sound technical knowledge of auditing standards, accounting standards (IGAAP, Ind-AS, IFRS), Companies Act, etc. and should be able to practically apply these concepts
