AI Support Engineer PrimaLabs | 0–2 Years Experience About PrimaLabs PrimaLabs is building a serverless LLM platform that gives developers access to AI models through a unified API, without managing GPU infrastructure. We simplify model serving, routing, and scaling so teams can focus on building AI applications. What You’ll Do
* Handle customer support emails and conversations using Pylon.
* Troubleshoot basic API, model, and platform-related issues.
* Coordinate with engineering to investigate and resolve customer problems.
* Maintain customer records, tickets, and follow-ups using CRM and database tools.
* Help the GTM team with product announcements, model launches, and customer communications.
* Improve support workflows and help deliver a great customer experience. What We’re Looking For
* AI curiosity: Basic understanding of AI, LLMs, APIs,



and developer tools, or a willingness to learn.
* Technical aptitude: Familiarity with CRM tools, databases, and support platforms. Pylon experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication: Solid written English and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
* Ownership: Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and reliable follow-through. Who You’ll Work With You’ll collaborate closely with our Support, Engineering, and GTM teams to resolve customer issues and communicate product updates.
